By accessing your gallery or working with EiLens Visuals, you agree to the following terms:

1. Gallery Access

Your photo gallery will be accessible via a private link. Please do not share this link with anyone you do not want to view or download the images.

2. Usage Rights

All images delivered are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Commercial use, resale, or publication without explicit permission is prohibited.

3. Copyright

EiLens Visuals retains full copyright ownership of all images. You are granted a license to download, share, and print for personal purposes.

4. Digital Files & Storage

Galleries remain live for a minimum of 30 days from delivery. Please download and back up your images within that time. After 30 days, the gallery may be archived or removed.

5. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your images are protected and high-quality, EiLens Visuals is not liable for technical issues, loss of data, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

6. Refunds

Due to the custom and digital nature of photography, all sales are final once galleries are delivered.
